The weather is getting colder and colder, I believe many users have begun to use wall-hung boilers for heating. The wall-hung boiler needs to be debugged when it is just bought or malfunctions, so that it can work normally in the future. Some of you have never used the wall-hung boiler and don’t know how to debug it daily. In fact, it is necessary to know more in life. baedian Company will introduce the daily debugging of the boiler.
This debugging method is suitable for the first use or the situation that needs to replenish water after a power outage (out of gas) or long-term non-residential drainage. Proceed as follows:
1. Cut off the wall-hung boiler and open all the valves and exhaust valves connected to the system (including water separators, radiators, water pump exhaust valves, etc.).
2. Open the tap water valve under the boiler, and then turn the water supply valve counterclockwise (preferably half open) to let tap water into the heating system. Observe the pressure gauge on the wall-hung boiler (some models do not have a pressure gauge, please check the pressure value displayed on the display), when the pressure reaches 1.5bar, close the water supply valve clockwise, and close all except the automatic exhaust valve on the water pump All exhaust valves.
3. Check the pressure gauge again to ensure that the water pressure of the system is between 1.0-1.5bar (between 1.0-1.5 kg), and make sure to close the make-up valve, otherwise, the system overpressure relief valve will always leak water, which may soak indoor items On the other hand, if the tap water is cut off, the boiler will stop working due to loss of water.
4. Turn on the power, turn on the gas valve → turn on → then set the boiler to summer mode, press the up and down keys to adjust the bath water temperature. After the sanitary water is running normally, set the boiler to winter mode, turn off the faucet, and debug the heating system.
Note: Be sure to run the sanitary system first and then the heating system. Otherwise, the water flow sensor will be burnt out due to high temperature due to the heating system running under the state of water shortage in the sanitary pipes.
5. In winter mode, run for about 10 minutes (in principle, the water in the system will go around once), and observe the pressure of the water pressure gauge and whether there is a sound of running water in the system. If there is a sound of running water or the pressure of the water pressure gauge drops below 1 value. At this time, it is necessary to repeat (sometimes repeatedly) steps 1-4 until the sound of water flow cannot be heard in the system, and the fixed pressure of the water pressure gauge is relatively fixed at a value between 1-1.5. The reason for repeated water replenishment is that when the system is running, the air entrapped in the water flows out of the system as the water flows to the exhaust valve of the water pump, causing the water pressure to drop.
If the overpressure is too much when you accidentally refill the water, you can drain the water through the drain valve and the exhaust valve on the radiator. For floor heating pipes (or radiators) without a drain valve, the following methods can be used to drain and relieve pressure: close the tap water valve → open the water supply valve counterclockwise → then open the hot water valve (or shower nozzle) to relieve the pressure, when the pressure reaches 1.0 -1.5bar (optimal pressure range) → close the hot water valve (or shower nozzle) → then close the water supply valve clockwise → finally open the tap water valve (if it is not opened, there will be no domestic hot water).
Faults that often occur during the first ignition:
1) Lack of gas and no ignition: It can be judged by listening to the sound of ignition without burning. Generally, there is air in the newly installed gas pipe (need to be manually discharged), the gas valve is not opened or the gas meter (arrears) does not work;
2) Water pump stuck: It is often reflected as an instantaneous rise in temperature and an overheating fault. At this time, use a flat-blade screwdriver to turn the water pump impeller a few times (refer to the manual).
3) The actual air pressure is too high or too low. The standard applicable air pressure of baedian wall-hung boiler is: natural gas 2000P, gas 1000P. However, in actual users, the air pressure has different degrees of deviation. When it reaches a certain value, either the air intake is too small and it does not catch fire, or the air flow is too large and the flame is blown out. At this time, professionals are required to solve the problem by adjusting the front and back pressure of the gas valve, or by adjusting the opening and closing degree of the gas valve.
4) The fan or water pump speed is not enough, and it reports wind pressure failure or overheating failure. At this time, it may be that the external power supply is not grounded or the voltage is too low.
5) Overheating failure or rapid pressure increase of the water pressure gauge: Under the premise of eliminating the jam of the water pump, there is still a lot of air in the system, and the coefficient of thermal expansion of the air is greater than that of water. At this time, the water supply action above is required. Replenish water and exhaust again.
But when the heating system is working, the pressure will rise. This is normal, and it is caused by the thermal expansion of the water during heating. As long as it is within a reasonable range, the sub-wall-hung boiler will be automatically eliminated through the secondary water pressure protection (as mentioned above).
